Applied on company website. Received an email from the hiring manager. We met in person for an interview and then I received an offer. The process seems fast when described, however there were several delays before I received an offer due to internal delays of decision making.

Interview
After you take the online assessment, you receive an email to schedule your phone interview. If they select you to move forward, you then schedule your in person interview with a recruiter. During the in-Person interview I met with 2 people. The first person will ask you A LOT of "describe a time when" questions and then she passed me off to another lady who explained the job. After that, we did a role play scenario where she was a customer asking questions about a bill. After the role play exercise they give you a tour of the facility.

Interview
I filled out an application and was contacted about a week later for a phone interview. I did well and was offered a face to face interview the next week. Completed the 3 part interview which consisted of first, a simulation phone call, second a behavioral questionnaire with two supervisors and last an interview with a manager explaining the position, salary and some of the benefits. I received a call the next day with a job offer which I accepted.
