Interview
General beginner dev questions. Interviewer seemed very distracted and uninterested in the entire process and did not have any questions prepared beforehand that showed technical abilities. Kind of put me off about the department from the beginning and did not make me want to continue further with the interview process.
Applied online for open interview, came in with my resume at time given and they brought me in a room to take a skill test, i took the test which took an hour and filled out an app, they had me sit in the lobby for twenty minutes before telling I did not pass the skills test but just hardly.

Application and interview process was easy. Online application was easy. Talking with management about experience and having the interview be laid back but yet formal made it easy to be myself. Once hired process took a while before I could start.
