I completed an interview with a recruiter who stated my name would be passed on to the Hiring Manager based on our discussion. I was given a date that I would hear something by. The date passed so I followed up with a phone call in which the recruiter gave me another date. That date also passed so I followed up with an email asking if I was still a possible candidate. I was told I was and should hear something soon (either way). That was 10 days ago. I have given up. I don't want to work for a company who makes promises and don't follow up with potential employees.

Fairly easy. They asked several questions by first asking about myself. The hiring manager was very professional and knowledgeable. Had to dress in a business casual attire and bring in two copies of your resume for the interview.
