After you take the online assessment, you receive an email to schedule your phone interview. If they select you to move forward, you then schedule your in person interview with a recruiter. During the in-Person interview I met with 2 people. The first person will ask you A LOT of "describe a time when" questions and then she passed me off to another lady who explained the job. After that, we did a role play scenario where she was a customer asking questions about a bill. After the role play exercise they give you a tour of the facility.

I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was a phone interview and we talked about various departments and responsibilities that interns are required to carry out at NY1. I talked about how my past experiences would greatly benefit NY1 including working in a television studio on Long Island and freelance operations I carry out for various companies. Talking about past experiences and unique ways you learned how tp solve problems will make you stand out! Be yourself and make yourself stand out!
