This hiring process is very simple. Two rounds of interview and you're only asked a set of 5 very basic networking questions. Apparently they ask everyone the same set of questions and I do not want to work with subpar and incompetent new hires.

Started with a phone screening, then was scheduled to have two phone interviews with upper management. From there, had an interview with HR again. Was made an offer the next day. Overall, the whole interview process happened over a period of one week.
After the official offer letter was received, had to go through a drug and background check.
