Interview
Applied online and took assment. Was sent email to set up in person interview. Building is in a very sketchy area. When I arrived the door was locked and had to call to have someone let me in. 1st part of interview was STAR behavioral questions. The interviewer did not introduce himself or shake my hand. The second part was a role play phone call. Very unprofessional interviewers.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Spectrum (Louisville, KY) in Jun 2016

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Blue Ash, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
After submitting the application online I received a impromptu phone interview after which we set up a face to face interview for the next week.
At the face to face it starts with a tour of the, rather drab, 2 floor facility. After which I waited in a room for about 10 minutes for one of the supervisors to come in. She explained the job description and possible schedule outcomes. (You must work on weekend day a week and your off days are very likely to vary). We then did a call simulation role play, where you study the customers information for five minutes then begin with the supervisor. At the end of "the call" you are to try a sell a product to the customer because selling more products is a HUGE part of the job.
After the role play a different supervisor comes in to do the boring behavioral questionnaire that concludes the interview and they inform you that you'll receive a decision within 48 hours.
