Spectrum interview questions

I had my first interview with HR. She said they would be choosing top candidates in the next week. I sent a thank you for the interview and followed up a few times on the next steps and never heard back. I checked my status on the application and it said they were no longer accepting any applicants so I basically got ghosted.

HR screening Hiring manager (30 minutes) Three peers of the hiring manager (30 minutes each) I was told that the next step was a presentation in front of multiple evaluators. Instead, I got a perfunctory rejection email over the weekend. I asked for feedback but was told it was against company policy.
