Interview
There were 2 people who took turns interviewing me. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me the standard interview questions “tell me about a time when…” please do not take their relaxed state as an indication that the interview is easy or going well. Remain professional and business focused and answer the questions as articulately as you can!!!

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had 3 interviews Charter. The third interview was 2 hours long, meeting with a few different individuals involved with the position. About 10 days later, received an email from the HR Recruiter that I was "one of the top two candidates this point and should have an update to you by early next week." That was over 6 weeks ago. I followed up a month ago and never received a response. I followed up again a week ago after seeing the position reposted 2 more times on LinkedIn. Received an immediate response that "As of now this position remains unfilled. We recently extended an offer to a candidate who ended up not accepting as the person received a counteroffer. The Audit team has decided they want to interview a few more candidates before making a final decision on who to offer next. I do apologize the amount of time this entire process has taken and the delayed update."
