Getting an initial interview with HR and the hiring manager was easy. Within a week from my application date I was interviewing with the hiring manager and two other team members. The interview with the hiring manager and the other two team members was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The asked very inappropriate questions that had no relevance to the position. The first inappropriate question made the rest of the interview awkward. The hiring manager said they would make a decision within the next two weeks. I followed up on week 3 and week 4 with HR and no response.
