I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
Heard back from a recruiter after a month and a half. Setup an interview a month later. Interview was simple but they were upfront that the position may or may not need to be filled and the company moves slowly. Job posting leaned more business like but the position, when discussed, dealt with more technical duties. Still related to my experience, though it did throw me off a bit as the posting wasn't more specific. One month later, haven't heard a yes or a no on the status of the position, yet.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Spectrum (Denver, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
Met with 2 people; Program Manager and a Sr. Project Manager
15 minutes with Program Manager and 30 minutes with Sr. Project Manager
Very easy questions.
Program Manager drew a problem on the board and asked me to solve it. It took about 1 minute to solve. Very easy. Then we talked about general/personal items. Sr. Project Manager asked me about my experience and that was it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Stamford, CT) in Oct 2017
Interview
The career website is helpful. Having a referral from a current employee also helps. HR are quick to respond and they contacted me to schedule a face to face interview within days. The actual interview was a very pleasant experience. The managers are very polite and very keen on getting to know the candidates.

Question 1
The interview went great, the interviewing managers were attentive and asked for examples of situations on previous jobs that would be applicable to the open position on that team. Great place to find new opportunities.
