Interview
A very drawn out process. I was contacted a week after applying at which point I was told they would have me take a basic personality test and go through a call-center simulation. A week later I was told I had passed and they would be contacting me shortly via phone for an interview. Nearly a MONTH later they interviewed me via phone. The interview itself was simple and seemed easy. They asked for about my experience in sales and customer service along with why I wanted the job. At the end the interviewer described the next steps we would be taking and stated that she would be contacting me on either Monday or Tuesday of next week. TWO WEEKS LATER I was quietly sent a very short form email stating that I had not been selected for the position. While I can appreciate that they may have found a better candidate for the position, it would have been nice if they hadn't strung me along for so long.

Interview
Interview was about 45 mintues. Asked about customer service experience and sales. Was fairly easy to do. Wanted a clear scenario to the questions answered. When the problem occurred, how u over came that and what the result was.
