Spectrum Sales Associate interview questions

Easy, asked easy question and i had more difficult questions for they did surprisingly. Ive been in sales for a long time so i know how to control the conversation very well, luckily for me i was able to do just that and ask them questions that put them on the spot. Overall it was good and i was glad to know that it was a very diverse company.

The recruiter contacts you and conducts a background interview. The actual interview consists of scenario based questions. The interview was with both the store manager and store lead. The interview lasted roughly 30 minutes long
