The interview was via video. It was a fairly easy interview process. The interviewer did an excellent job with being very welcoming and had a gift of making you feel like you were just having a casual conversation as opposed to a cold introduction and then questions like " Tell me about yourself, Tell me a time, How would you handle, etc." Conversations centered around experiences working in a call center. We discussed educations and certifications. I was asked about any experience with commission pay and sales environment. Job offer was made on the phone call. I got an offer email later that day. I accepted the offer and started a couple of weeks later

Interview with a recruiter via zoom and talk over your life and work experience. If you’re applying for a bilingual positions they will have you speak in that language by asking you questions for you to respond in that language.

Very easy questions, asked about my sales experience and customer service experience . It was a phone interview at first following up with a zoom interview. The interviewer was professional and learned about my educational background, how do I handle with customer sales rejection.
