I applied online and got a phone interview about 2 weeks later. The recruiter asked me some behavioural and situational questions, however he sounded really distant and uninterested in the examples I gave. I’m generally good at building rapport with anyone during interviews but this person was completely detached. I also asked a couple of questions about the job and he said he didn’t know! I felt as if I was knocking on a wall that kept becoming higher and higher as the meeting progressed. In the end, I lost interest in the job as well as the company. It’s quite shameful since I fulfilled 95% of the requirements and the job has been reposted a few times.

Interview
Only had my 1st interview and waited almost two weeks for any updates, although I was told my the interviewer that they will setup my next interview the next day with the Production Manager. After me following up next week and they still didn't have any updates, I got an email two weeks later that they decided to move "Internally" which to me seemed weird because why have interviews if the team they were hiring for haven't even fully decided on whether or not to hire someone new. Felt like a wasted time and probably for everyone else who also applied andwent through their 1st interview with them.

Interview
The HR person in LA contacted me first for the screening (quick professional background summary, salary expectations etc). They then connected me with the hiring manager who only interviewed me once, did not ask any behavioural or situation questions and informed me that the role is fully remote even though the posting says it was hybrid. I accepted the offer and they made me come in 5 days/week for the first month before we went hybrid- not officially remote at all so they essentially lied.

Interview
Got the 1st screening interview from HR and 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager in the next week, but it was ghosted afterwards. No feedback and comment. Don't think it's a great interview experience with the company.
