The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Spin Master (Toronto, ON)
Interview
5 different interviews. I’ll be honest, before even getting to the interview stage, clarify what they are expecting. Even though I’m working for he company I have to say, the job description was NOTHING like what I am actually doing. Many other at the company feel the same way, DUPED.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spin Master (Culver City, CA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Contacted by HR in Canada, saying the company was very excited to interview me. Set up the interview for the following week. Showed up at the company, looked cool, seemed like young, hip employees. The hiring manager was awful, not very nice or able to effectively communicate what she was looking for in a candidate. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!
