Spin Master interview questions

Great call with recruiter followed by weeks of ghosting, only to be told the role was filled internally. However, the role stayed open for about 2 months. I'm trying to apply for a similar role and nobody will get back to me. Please note I am an internal referral candidate, so I can't imagine how they would treat a someone who doesn't have connections to the organization.

I had three interviews with Spinmaster. Overall it was unpleasant experience because before I even start my final interview, the interviewer, said that they might not able to hire new people because of enomic crisis and saying that they need to get approve from the company. I did not understand why they set up an interview schedule with me when they didn’t even get approve from the company to hire new employee. It was waste of time for everyone.
