I applied online. I interviewed at Sport Clips (Prattville, AL) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was asked if I wanted part time or full time. I explained I had to have full time. Which I got hired for then got part time hours. Along with reasons why, but those reasons were not explained in the interview or hiring process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you want part time or full time? That was a trick question, that obviously didn’t matter anyway.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sport Clips (Marina, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The owner who interviewed me never asked me one question about myself. This alone should have been a red flag for me, but I was eager to work. Big mistake!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Owner never asked me anything about myself he only talked about himself. Also, owner wasn't honest or upfront about with me during interview. After I was hired I was asked to work in a location that was 36 miles each way and told to drive 100 miles each way for three days of company training, whereas in interview was told that trainers would come to the store I was told I'd be working at which was only two miles from my home. I was lied to during interview and taken advantage of during my 5 days I worked there. Also, female manager is a micro-manager, male owner is dishonest and they will both try to take advantage of you by not paying you mileage and telling you to work at other locations other than the one you were hired to work at.
