It was a normal interview basic questions about experience then a haircut interview. They then asked me to come back and preform a haircut in front of them. Thu have a specific washing technique that they taught me after the haircut.

The interview process goes through an online site or a paper application in which gets forwarded to a a recruiter or area manager and then the stores who are in need of someone will get contacted by management. A technical in which you cut a clients hair to show your knowledge of haircutting. You are asked several questions concerning your experience and if your chosen you'll receive a call back.

Interview
Have me a tour of the salon, discussed opportunities and expectations. We also discussed compensation and goals for myself, the owner, and salon. The area manager was very upbeat and helpful with all my questions.
