Applied online and had a phone interview the next day followed by an in person interview with the owner and manager the day after. The interview was mostly more about them telling me all the crazy rules they have. Strict dress code, no tattoos, piercing. That I must adhear to the strict times given for a haircut only 15 minutes. Hours are based on how fast you are so even tho you will get paid 9 an hour if you have a bad week you could get your hours cut and if you are too slow dont even think you will make it past the 90 day probation period. Paid vacation and set hours are for managers only
