Very lengthy process. Had 4 interviews some with people the role had nothing to do with. Most interviewers called out having to ask specific question and seemed more focused on typing their answers rather than engaging. One of the interviewers seemed biased to say no from the get go.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sport Clips (Valley Stream, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was quite good, the interviewer first read my cv and then asked me some of the works related to my cv. He was nicer than most of the interviewers I have been with.
Typical stylist interview. I was asked my availability, can I work nights and weekends. I was also given a short tour a show and tell of products and supplies. The manager explained the different pa pages and was offered a job.
