I applied online. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Sep 2024
Interview
Recruiter sent CodeSignal General Coding Framework. This website has the 4 question categories: https://codesignal.com/blog/interview-prep/example-codesignal-questions/
You are given 70 minutes to code these 4 questions. I got tripped up on the 3rd category, of 2D array traversal, as it was a bit tricky and I couldn't debug it in time. The first 2 questions are extremely easy and took me less than 15 mins, I should have went right to #4 which I prob could've also finished in less than 15 mins, but I foolishly spent all of the remaining time on #3.
4 Rounds (Might depend on role)
1. Phone call with recruiter
2. Coding Interview
3. Coding + OOD Interview
4. Onsite Interview
Coding questions fairly straightforward. Easy in 2nd round, difficult in 3rd round. In OOD, interviewers REALLY struggled to answer clarifying questions and explain their boilerplate code. Otherwise interviewers were fine.
Exactly 0 behavioral questions so I guess they don't care about that

Question 1
Given a coding question and an inefficient solution, choose a better date structure to optimize it and write the code
First there was a recruiter call, then a codesignal online assessment, two hour screen, then a power day with a few people. Mostly design based, some memory and data structures and algorithms with it. pretty straightforward
