Susquehanna International Group Software Developer interview questions

Extremely easy technical screen. Finished 30 minutes ahead of time. Received a rejection the next day due to "resume and experience". If you weren't happy with my resume and experience, why bother putting me through the technical screen? Beware of interviewing here, it seems they don't take interviews seriously.

Phone interview with the team lead lasted for 45 min. In person interview lasted the whole day consisting of multiple rounds. ( coding interview, system design interview, team and management interview)
