T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was approximately 30 minutes of doing an overview of the position followed by approximately 7 questions based on past experiences, describing various situations, giving examples and what resolutions were initiated to resolve such experiences.

Quick and easy. Asked very few questions, mostly discussed a typical day in the life of working for their company. It was a pleasant, non stressful experience. I don’t typically leave reviews for companies, but the website is forcing me to type something in order to see the page I want to which is ridiculous. Shame on you Glassdoor.
