The process took 3 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2008
Interview
I interviewed for the Retail Sales Associate position. After a 1:1 interview with the manager that was trying to hire me. I had another 1:1 interview with a different manager at a different store. They asked open ended questions. Tell me about a tough customer situation. When is one time that you recieved positive feedback from your manager, and what for. Describe a time when you had to meet a deadline on short notice, and how you made it happen. Just answer openly and honestly. Fairly easy interview process.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Jun 2010
Interview
I filled out an application for the TMobile online about 2 weeks ago and finally got a call back from them this past Thursday. They told me they were interested and scheduled me an interview. The interview went well however they didn't ask me the typical "tell me about yourself" interview questions but rather more situational questions. "What would I do if XYZ happened" type questions. After the interview the store manager told me that I would receive a background check if I passed it they would call me to set up a 2nd interview. They called me back yesterday. :)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Toledo, OH) in Feb 2009
Interview
After I applied online it was about two weeks before I received a phone call. The regional manager called me and scheduled me for an interview. The day of my interview I made sure to arrive a few minutes early (approx. 10 minutes). This was looked upon highly. I was escorted to the interview room at the store by the regional manager and was introduced to the store manager. Both managers sat in on the interview and asked me questions about my experience, my background, and what I thought I could bring to the company.
