Phone screening, after I passed, I had to go to a panel interview which consisted of 2 managers, next step was a 1 on 1 with the District Manager. The overall interview process lasted for about 4 days. It was a great experience. Background process was next. It took 2 weeks.

made initial contact during career fair, got a call from a store manager, then we set interview date, the interview was in one at T-Mobile store. He asked about behavioral questions, last job, what have been doing since you were laid off, handling upset customer, he wants to how comfortable i am with technology in others words can you learn the in and outs of a smart phone fairly quick to be able to sell it, education and qualifications.

The interview begins with the store manager. From there the second round continues on with the market manager. First interview iis a review of your resume and any experience you have in sales. Second interview is to get to know you better.
