2 managers interview you face to face and ask about prior jobs you have had, your availability, why you want to work there, and why do you think you could work there. They appreciate a sense of style, so wear something nice. I personally wore patterned pants with a black top and noticed several other people who wore outfits like that to their interview get hired.
The manager reviewed my application and asked me some questions. I answered the questions she asked me. After that she said that I got the job, and when I should come for an orientation.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx in May 2018
Interview
It was a group interview, which was rather unexpected. They asked us questions in turn, sometimes the same questions, sometimes different ones. A lot of the questions were based on scenarios and such.
