The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx
Interview
I applied online and received a message via LinkedIn, saying they’d love to chat to me about the role. Ask for a cv and contact no and when I was available.
So I sent that through and no call.
I received an email asking me what my current salary was, so I replied and stated my availability that week as I was keen.
No call, no nothing and 5 days later I get a stock email, you’re unsuccessful this time.
I thought it was a little rude and quite unprofessional.
Interviewing process was very laid back. The store manager could be described as professional, honest and most of all understanding. Being that this is a college town, they usually dont have any issues with adjusting availability.

Interview
I submitted my application online through Snagajob and I was contacted a few days later to come in for an interview. The interview was a group interview with me and two other candidates. We were interviewed by two separate managers as a group. After we moved through the first two rounds, those who were selected to move forward were interviewed by the Store Manager individually.
