TJ Maxx interview questions

Interview was in person; professional but also lax, it was one on one with the hiring manager. The whole process took about a week and I received an offer on the spot essentially.

I applied on paper and submitted in-store. I was called in, and sat around, where i was interviewed by two different people. They asked some questions about if I was able to do the job, and after we were done, I went home. About 2 days later, they offered.
