TJ Maxx interview questions

Very casual, I went into the store and was greeted by the store manager who took me to his office for a face to face interview. He asked thought provoking questions and had me ask any questions I had for him or the store as a whole. I was then showed around the store, the back office, where I would be working, and in the store was offered a position.

The interview was really laid back. I waited at the front of the store and the manager came to get me from the front. I interviewed with the store manager first, and then met with an assistant manager that same day for some more questions. I think you always talk to two managers for the interview. It was very casual and easy going... just like a normal conversation. I brought my resume with me and the attire was business casual. We just sat and talked and they asked pretty basic questions. My whole interview process was probably 30 to 45 minutes. Sometimes they let people know right there if they're hiring them, and other times they call... Just depends on how many they're interviewing really.
