I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Henderson, NV) in May 2014
Interview
It was overall an easy and basic interview process. I was asked simple questions that are pretty standard interview questions (why do you want to work here, what do you know about the company, etc.). It was a relaxed interview environment in the offices of the store. And it was a two-week long process, requiring two different interviews.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (New York, NY) in Aug 2012
Interview
I had applied in person and handed the supervisor at the service desk my application. Received a phone call scheduling an interview a week or so later. Came to interview and the hiring manager walked me into their office. They asked me to tell them more about myself, what experience I had, where I went to college, why I picked the degree I did, and why I wanted to work at TJ Maxx.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Alameda, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Filled the application on line which was very easy. Then I went in for a face to face with the Ops Manager and Assistant Manager. They asked several questions. Then I received a call to come in to fill out paperwork and watch videos with policies and practices. Then they called to give us our schedule a few weeks later.
