Very straightforward, asked casual questions about me and my life. They also asked me about past experiences with jobs and what I bring to the table. Offered me the job on-spot.
Behavioral questions. I would say it was relatively easy. Just do some research about the company before so you can pull from that knowledge while answering the questions. I would also prepare for the digital hirevue beforehand as that is also part of the process.
I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Greatly struggled with even scheduling the interview. Played phone tag with the store hiring manager to no avail. It's a backwards and inefficient process to email a candidate (after they applied), instructing them to reach out to the manager for the interview. All other retailers I've worked for contact you via phone or email directly to schedule the interview, I guess this location is too busy.
