TJ Maxx interview questions

Basic questions like "How would you describe yourself?" and "Why do you want to work at TJ Maxx?" I expected to be asked about knowledge of the company but no questions of that type were asked.

Went through rounds and rounds of interviews and was asked to send over supplemental material multiple times, only to hear absolutely nothing back. I understand not being the best candidate for the position but after interviewing someone for near a month you would think they would you a formal decision.
