TP Customer Service interview questions

Training was provided online with a very polite, well trained and patient employee.. but started feeling rushed near ending of training as I began feeling as if they were just trying to meet some sort of timeline, which is understandable however after the beginning of employment you are expected to depend mainly on online resources and notes from your training. Not a bad company but be prepared to study and dedicate plenty of time towards your work.

Really fast, over the phone, not much of a detailed resume asked. Only request was a test I had to go through over the internet for my internet connection speed.
