TP Customer Service interview questions

Three different people called me being confused about whose candidate I might be after me applying for several vacancies. The last lady has given me a good option to consider and was very fast at her reactions. but soon after our first communication, she sent me an email saying she can't take me as a candidate because I am registered with someone else. still hoping that they call me back.

They called me and asked me if I m interested in working with them and then explained me in details the process of interviewing.She person who called me was very kind and understandable.
