I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tapad (New York, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
Mostly easy standandar interview. Except in the second session of the in site interview, the HR comes to me and says they are not moving forward because they don't do functional programming and my solution was "too hardcore functional".
On campus interview on the day after career fair
one technical question, went through optimization together, the interviewer was pretty nice.
The question had focus on algorithms not so with data structures .
They also offered to talk more about their internship program after the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tapad (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
Seamless process didnt have to meet with too many people. they didnt get too technical I think they cared more about personality given that experience was there. I would say the company was going through a lot of transition so people seemed relatively stressed about the process
