super easy, focused on customer interaction and prior experience. as long as you can make good conversation and have a seemingly good work ethic they'll probably hire you. they offered me a good salary and i had never worked in a department store before

They conduct 3 interviews on the same day with different managers. Pretty basic questions, they give you different scenarios and ask what you would do if in that situation. You will know if you are hired that same day.
