Pretty simple and easy. They like you to wrap everything up in a ‘bow’ beginning middle and end. They look for retail experience and history with the job/ company. It doesn’t take more than 30 mins. You are usually interviewed by either 1 person or 2 people in two separate interviews
I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2022
Interview
After submitting an application, I received an email for an online reordered interview. A few days later received a call for an in-person interview. In-person interview was pretty laid-back with straightforward behavior based questions.

Question 1
How would you help a customer that says they're looking for a wedding outfit?
The process starts with a computerized interview which lasts about 15-20 min max. After that you are asked to make an appointment with the manager. You get a screen of different times to pick for the interview with the manager. The manager didn't show up at the appointed time. I still got an email with the job offer even though I didn't do the interview which I declined.
