Talk with a couple of the managers and tell them about yourself. Tell them why you want to work there and why you would be a good employee. Where you go to school. Where you see yourself in the future. What days you are going to be available to work. If you know anyone who works there. All of that good stuff.

Interview
After submitting an online application and resume I was called to schedule an interview.
During the interview relaxed and more casual than most interviews that I've done.
After the interview, the interviewer left for a few minutes and came back and offered me the job.
We then scheduled when I could begin working.
