I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Snellville, GA) in Mar 2011
Interview
This was my first job and very first interview. I was nervous but the managers got me talking and made me comfortable. Mostly focused on just getting to know me and actually taught me alot during the process. He would ask questions and if I was unsure how to answer them, he was patient about explaining it another way.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Sep 2015
Interview
Both of my interviews were very brief. 5 minutes at most. I first interviewed with the service manager and then I interviewed with the owner of the restaurant. They both asked a lot of basic interview questions and asked about my availability. Most of the questions were situational questions like "what would you do if ... happened?" The interviews were very laid back and both of the people I interviewed with were very nice and easy going. It really put me at ease considering I was very nervous. I immediately warmed up to them and the interviews went very smoothly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (O'Fallon, MO) in Aug 2011
Interview
I sat down with the front of house manager for an interview and also interviewed with the hostess coordinator. Each only took about 20 minutes. They went over my schedule with me and talked pay. The final part was going over paper work and going over the Andy Outreach program
