I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Lexington, KY) in Oct 2013
Interview
Super simple, cliche questions. Ask about previous work experience and your schedule. May ask a little about you, what you do in your free time and otherwise. Not much to say, based mostly on if the restaurant needs workers rather than the quality of those applying.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Gainesville, GA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Talk with a manager he asked if i have worked in the serves industry before and what school did i graduate from if i had any kids or any relatives who work at Texas road house. what did i do on my time of there was no drug screen but there was a back ground check
it was short, we sat down answered a few questions about ourselves. i don't know what else i have to say other than i knew someone who had been working there and it was a pretty simple strait forward process. you should not have any problem getting a job here unless they're already over staffed which is unlikely.
