I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Columbia, MD) in Jun 2019
Interview
Very casual as the interviewer stared at a computer screen for 90 percent of the interview instead of at me. He was quite rude about my availability even though it was open availability for 3 days of the week and 2 other days I had partial, as I have a toddler so I'm working with a babysitter and my husbands schedule. He refused to straight out tell me whether or not I was going to be hired instead sent me a vague bull crap email with the words "I think at this time we do not have a position but if one opens up we may revisit" yea no thank you. Worst interview I have ever had and I have given interviews at other jobs in the past so I'm very aware of how to be professional and to give DIRECT answers.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was odd, they would not accept my resume and acted very snooty. He just wanted to know if I would be available basically whenever he wanted. They obviously need bodies because there is a high turnover rate.
