I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse
Interview
I had 2 interviews. Initially I had to call a few times to see if they had received my application but once I got my first interview scheduled it was a fairly easy process. I talked to a floor manager and then the general manager. It all happened within a week. They were nice and just went down their paper of questions in front of them.

Question 1
Are you willing to work the majority of your shifts on weekends? If something was going on in your personal life, how would you let that affect you at work?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
2 interviews. First day was with a manager and she spent extra time speaking with me making sure it was what I wanted to do considering it was my first time serving. Second interview the next day with the GM. She was very professional and positive. It was a great atmosphere.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Miramar, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
This interview was super quick and easy. I sent in my application, called to ask if they received it, manager said that she'll review it, and called me in for an interview two days later. Ironically, I had a "backwards" interview so to speak with the top manager first then a lower manager the next day. Since I got through the first interview with ease, I basically got the job. The first interview with the top manager was a bit intimidating because he didn't really smile or give me any clues if I was doing okay but I must have done well because I was hired relatively quickly. From my application to my orientation, the whole process took a little over a week. I'm liking the job so far! :)
