Interview
First had a sit down interview with manager. Secondly had a work interview, allowing me to see how the restaurant functions from the host stand, bar, and kitchen. It allowed me to ask questions and see if it was a good work environment for me.

Interview
I put in an application and about a week later they gave me a call and asked if I was available to come in the next afternoon, just before they opened. During the interview they wanted to know my experience, what my past job was like, why I quit there, a little about me, If I would be able to work holidays, how I communicated with my tables. Valid questions, but also could see they want to get an idea of who you are.
After the interview you go in for orientation. I am told some people had to go through two interviews.
A regular Manager, then the Head Manager. I went straight to the Head Manager as they were conducting several interviews that day.

Interview
I had my first interview with Lonnie. There is a 3 part interview process. 1st part of the interview l met with Lonnie, the 2nd part I will meet with Bill, and the 3rd part I will meet with Larry. Waiting for that second call back.
