The process is slow. 1st interview is a recruiter screening. It may be another couple weeks before 2nd and 3rd interviews. They ask situational questions eg. tell me about a time when...and they appreciate responses in STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Interviews are often conducted virtually with cameras on.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Mar 2024
Interview
It was fast paced. You have to pass the initial assessment & video interview to be considered for an interview with the manager. I received a call from the recruiter & she did a phone interview & offered an interview with a manager after. The interview with the manager was about 30mins & was offered the job at the end of the call.
Two interviews:
HR prescreen including an assessment
Manager interview
This was before COVID therefore everything was done in office and face to face. The entire process took maybe 2-3 weeks this includes receiving an offer but does not include background check.
