The first round was telephonic with a brief about the job requirement and interview process. Second was a pair programming test which was video ca with screen share. The final round was technical interview again a video call. The process was smooth and properly organized. But the only problem is that the process is too slow.

Recruiter screen - general chat 30 mins, recruiter was lovely and informative, then more in-depth technical screen 1 hour, info sent in advance. Not sure on full process as no offer given. Not the best experience, interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested, felt it was a rejection as soon as I joined the call, interviewer often said 'I wasn't looking at your screen', in quite an aggressive tone. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, to the point where I probably would think twice about using their services, if ever in the position to.
