The Tim Hortons interview process is simple, starting with an application and a short interview. Applicants answer situational questions, highlighting teamwork, customer service, reliability, and availability, before receiving a final hiring decision.

There was lots of questions and they asked about basic behavioral. This includes past work experience and other stuff about yourself. You will hear back within a week or two, I submitted my application in person.
