Quick an basic, nothing to out of the ordinary. Seems like a chill environment and fun group of people. Benefits lacking, and pay could be better. In the end management seems decent to work with.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
Only behavioral and Fit questions were asked. There were also two rounds of interviews, one per store manager. The number of rounds is dependent on the number of store managers.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me a time when you had to overcome adversity.
What do you do in the event of a customer complaint?
Simple straightforward interview, I was told I was hired before I walked in the door. Position was only minimum wage, so the offer was simple. Manager was friendly and nice, began work the next week.
