Tim Hortons Crew Member interview questions

It was an one on one interview with the manager after selected for an interview. There were some basic questions regarding customer service experience based on your previous work experience.

The process was very simple, I applied online and got a call back 2 days later. Set the first interview for the next day. Met with the store manager and had an interview, basic questions about what I did at my previous jobs, why I left, what I plan to do in the future. Got a call a week later after they finished the rest of the interviews and had a second interview with the franchise owner. Second interview was getting to know me as a person and seeing if I was a good fit for the company. Went over policies and benefits, dress code, etc. Was offered the job at the end of the interview and accepted.
