The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tim Hortons
Interview
Easy interview, quick and basic questions, and seemed pretty relaxed. The person interviewing me seemed a little un focused and not very professional as a manager though. But overall it was a typical interview for a chain like Tim Hortons.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
Easy application through their website or other platforms. You can also walk-in some of the branches and get interviewed. Overall a pleasant experience. Great values of the company. Senior members try to help and assist. But they do not compromise on work/service quality. Customer service is paramount to everyone. The company incurs serious costs maintaining its customer service at the standard that it currently is.
