I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Sault Ste. Marie, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
I got the interview by attending a job fair for a new Tims. You bring your resume and wait for a turn to be interviewed by a recruiter. If you're thought to be a good fit, you'd pass the first interview- which was more like a screening process. Then you return for a second interview with the owners themselves. They go over the basic info that the recruiter wrote down about you and all your answers and ask more personal questions about when youre available and such.
